Dance Hearts and the Bells of Freedom program’s biggest annual event, “The Big Thank You 2015”, was a great success. The Marine enlisted and their families were honored with a opening of ceremony welcome by Chaplain Leticia Rouser and Bells of Freedom’s,Louis McKay. Even a VIP Special Guest arrived to the surprise to the over 130 Marines and their families.
While children were lining up to tell Santa all of their Holiday wishes, a ‘meet and greet’ complete with hot rotisserie chicken and all the fixin’s from Rotisserie Affair, Jamba Juice smoothies, and other treats provided. A total of over 750 people were fed. Sponsors and their ‘adopted’ families enjoyed a hot meal together and got a chance to know one another.
